Pugmark is a Sustainable and Eco-Friendly Fast Fashion Brand. Our range includes products made from cotton, recycled PET fabric, kraft paper, faux leather, and more, all designed to be fashionable while minimizing harm to the environment. We prioritize fair working conditions for our skilled craftsmen and strive to ensure they earn a good living. During the pandemic, we worked together to overcome challenges and support each other, emerging stronger than ever.
Sadaf Nawaz - The Founder
With over 24 years of experience in the textile industry, I’ve cultivated a reputation as a creative, talented, and ambitious textile designer. My expertise lies in crafting designs for embroideries in both garment and furnishing sectors, catering to markets across Europe, America, China, and the Middle East. From design development and color selection to sample creation and costing, I leverage tools like Photoshop, CorelDraw, and Texelle Nedgraphics to bring my visions to life. My knack for forecasting colors for each season, drawing from industry standards, buyer feedback, and customer preferences, has earned me a strong track record of client satisfaction, delivering projects on time and within budget. My skill set extends to fashion illustrations, merchandising, fabric coordination, production planning, costing, coordination, and documentation. Notable highlights include serving as a textile design faculty member for an award-winning team at INIFD, Kolkata, and playing a pivotal role in developing collections for numerous global startups. As a director of ‘Kinkhab Fashion Pvt. Ltd.’ in Kolkata, I demonstrated my adeptness in managing operations. Currently, I’m driving forward my own export business, ‘SLIZ APPARELS,’ where I oversee the manufacturing and exporting of fashion accessories such as handbags, backpacks, purses, and wallets, showcasing my entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence in the industry.
